We could not have had a better partner in the design and production of printed materials for our wedding. Lucy and her team provided for us a package which included “save the date cards”; wedding invitations and reply cards; wedding programs; and thank you cards. From the onset, the “save the date” cards set the tone for high expectations for our wedding. We received so many compliments from our family and friends when they received the cards. They used words like “elegant “, “beautiful” and “classy”. And it did not stop there. The invitations were also a big hit with our family and friends. We honestly believed that it greatly added to the excitement level of our invited guest as they anticipated attending our wedding. Each step of the way Lucy was able to capture in printed format what we had envisioned for our wedding package. We were so amazed and impressed with the uniqueness of her design capabilities; her level of dedication and patience; and attention to detail. Lucy’s advice and coaching were invaluable. Her customer service skills exceeded all our expectations especially when it came to meeting deadlines. Further, when there was an issue with quality, she took care of it without our prompting. In fact, before anything was delivered to us Lucy made sure that the quality of the product met her own high expectations. We would enthusiastically and without any reservation recommend her service to any couple seeking the services of a graphic design company.

Dear Lucy, You were a dream to work with, providing us with the best professional invitation card opinions. In the end, our cards turned out so lovely and better than we envisioned. The invitations were incredibly elegant yet simple. Not only did you see our vision and deliver; you did it with professionalism and superb responsiveness. Thank you for being also super accommodating when we had a problem with some of the invitation cards and for rushing the order so we could keep our deadlines.
